(OK DIARIO) Pedro Sánchez, presidente del Gobierno, ha intervenido en la Comunidad de Madrid para decretar el estado de alarma en la capital a pesar de que la incidencia del coronavirus y las hospitalizaciones están bajando en las últimas semanas. El dirigente socialista ha recurrido a este instrumento constitucional después de que hace 5 meses proclamara: «Hemos parado el virus».
«Señorías, hemos parado juntos al virus, debemos culminar ahora con unidad esta victoria y debemos emprender también, unidos, la reconstrucción social y económica de nuestro país. Gracias», aseguró Sánchez el pasado 20 de mayo en el Congreso de los Diputados. Fue durante el pleno en el que logró sacar adelante una de las últimas prórrogas del estado de alarma que se tuvo que aplicar a principios de marzo por la expansión de la pandemia.
El también líder del PSOE protagonizó una intervención parlamentaria con la que quiso asegurar que el coronavirus estaba debilitándose y que podría ser controlado en los meses posteriores. «Hemos sido sometidos a una prueba inimaginable. Hemos respondido con sacrificio, con unidad y con moral de victoria. Estamos superando esta prueba. Reconozcamos todo lo bueno, todo lo valiente que hemos hecho juntos. Hemos de valorar los acuerdos a los que hemos sido capaces de llegar y sus consecuencias provechosas para el conjunto de la ciudadanía española, porque será en ese reconocimiento donde vamos a encontrar la fuerza necesaria para construir, reactivar y hacer avanzar a nuestro país ahora que prudentemente podemos calcular un final provisional al tiempo excepcional que nos ha tocado vivir», recalcó Pedro Sánchez.
Este viernes, Sánchez ha convocado un Consejo de Ministros extraordinario con el único objetivo de implantar el estado de alarma en Madrid y a pesar de que no ha acudido a esta reunión debido a su visita a Barcelona junto al Rey Felipe VI.
Este decreto viene después de que el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid (TSJM) tumbase la orden ministerial que imponía el cierre de Madrid capital y de otros 9 municipios de la región. Pedro Sánchez ha tomado la vía del estado de alarma para no reconocer su derrota judicial ante el Gobierno madrileño de lsabel Díaz Ayuso.
Culpó a los ciudadanos
Pedro Sánchez también defendió que nuestro país había superado el virus en otra ocasión. Fue el pasado 4 de julio durante un mitin del PSOE con motivo de las elecciones autonómicas gallegas del 12-J.
«Que no nos dejemos atenazar por el miedo, hay que salir a la calle, hay que disfrutar de la nueva normalidad recuperada, hay que recuperar la economía, hay que disfrutar y ser conscientes de que el Estado hoy está mucho mejor pertrechado para luchar contra el Covid en todos los rebrotes que puede haber en nuestro país», sostuvo el líder socialista.
A pesar de estas palabras, el mismo presidente del Gobierno no dudó a principios del mes de septiembre, en plena segunda ola de la pandemia, en culpar a la ciudadanía de la expansión del coronavirus. «En definitiva, ha habido una serie de relajamiento, también, por parte de la ciudadanía en cuanto a los niveles de protección y de la emergencia sanitaria que han permitido una mayor circulación», aseguró el pasado 1 de septiembre.
