La ministra de Derechos Sociales y Agenda 2030, Ione Belarra, ha desgranado en el Congreso de los Diputados las líneas maestras de la nueva Ley de Diversidad Familiar que prepara su ministerio. Lo principal, que las familias monoparentales con dos o más hijos serán consideradas numerosas, que se quiere acabar con un «modelo único de familia» y el anuncio de una renta familiar que podría ayudar a las familias a las que no cubre el Ingreso Mínimo Vital. Eso sí, a pesar de la crisis, sin prisa.
La prioridad, y a lo que dedicó gran parte del tiempo de su comparecencia fue, por supuesto, para hacer apología y gala de su sectarismo. Dejar claro que «el sentido más profundo de esta ley es que en España no solo todos los modelos de familia son legitimos, sino también iguales en derechos. Una madre que cría sola a sus hijos o una familia con dos mamás o dos papás tiene que tener los mismos derechos que el resto de familias. Y por eso esta ley considerará como familia numerosa a aquellas formadas por un progenitor y dos niños».
Este anuncio fue contestado por la Asociación de Familias Numerosas de Madrid. Por boca de su presidenta, María Menéndez, denunció que «estamos ante el penúltimo ataque a las familias y en concreto a las familias numerosas. las familias monoparentales con dos hijos necesitan ayuda y apoyo ante la falta de un progenitor, pero no por ser numerosos hijos. Ni sus necesidades ni sus circunstancias son parecidas y necesitan ayudas diferentes«, explica a ABC. «Es como ir a un taller de coches para que te arreglen los zapatos».
Ideología de género por ley
Pero la cuota ideológica no acaba aquí. Belarra aseguró que la norma también contará con la perspectiva de género que ya se ha incluido en la ley de la infancia al eliminar el llamado ‘síndrome de alineación parental’. «Esta ministra es plenamente consciente de que en este país muchas mujeres deben asumir solas la crianza ante la dejación de funciones de los padres. Madres que tienen que tienen que hacer malabarismos para cuadrar sus horarios de trabajo con los de la escuela infantil, que a duras penas llegan a fin de mes… y que en este momento no reciben el apoyo adecuado por parte de las instituciones públicas, algo que vamos a revertir». O sea, quieren seguir interviniendo en los hogares privados.
Por último, la podemita ha señalado que la ley también incluirá una prestación por crianza para aquellas familias que se encuentren en riesgo de pobreza y con niños a su cargo. Fuentes del Ministerio explican que la intención es que esta prestación vaya dirigida a hogares que pese a tener bajos ingresos no cumplan los requisitos para acceder al Ingreso Mínimo Vital (IMV) y que abra la puerta a una prestación universal a medio o largo plazo.

Según Belarra, otros estados como Irlanda ya emplean esta medida y ha mostrado «una gran capacidad para reducir los índices de pobreza infantil y evitar una situación dramática«. «La elaboración de la ley de diversidad familiar brinda la oportunidad perfecta para revisar de forma integral el diseño de prestaciones y beneficios fiscales asociadas a familia e infancia, para aumentar su capacidad redistributiva, es decir, reducir desigualdades», ha continuado.
