Los avances en la ciencia son inmensos y no hay duda de que es un ser humano que está creciendo, desarrollándose y está preparándose para la vida intrauterina es un ser humano, no hay duda, ni discusión. El resto son opiniones que no tienen fundamentos lógico ni científico.
Lamentó que haya muchas personas que estén ideologizadas y solo un fanatismo irracional les lleva a decir que esa persona humana, ese nuevo ser humano no tiene derecho a vivir.
Por ello, exhorto a los legisladores a que voten usando la razón, la convicción de que están para defender al más vulnerable y no para introducir en nuestro país el “genocidio universal”».
Estas fueron sus declaraciones en el homenaje a los más de 170 niños abortados en el Hospital Materno Infantil de Salta, que se llevó a cabo el pasado jueves.
Esta actividad fue apoyada por jóvenes y familias de Salta agrupadas en el Grupo Provida Salta. Al final procedieron a colocar pequeñas cruces blancas sobre el césped de la plaza ubicada frente al hospital en honor a los bebés no nacidos.
Por último, el doctor Franco expresó: «la vida es intrínseca a nuestra vocación.
